Four Seasons of Oatlands Art Show and Sale [More Info]

Over the past ten years this juried art show has generated significant works of art that have depicted evocative and beautiful details of Oatlands and surrounding communities. More than 80 artists and 200 pieces were showcased last year. Besides capturing the artistic images throughout the Mosby Heritage area and the Journey Through Hollowed Ground corridor, artists are also invited to Oatlands all year, free of charge, to capture the many compelling images throughout its 360-acres of history. As always, patrons will have the opportunity to purchase exquisite paintings that cover an enormous spectrum of subject matter—everything from the bucolic Virginia countryside to the treasures of Europe. Proceeds from the art sale benefit Oatlands, Inc. a non-profit organization that maintains exhibits and interprets the cultural and historical significance of the Oatlands property to the public.

Leesburg's Independence Day Celebration [More Info]

Leesburg's 4th of July celebration begins with a hometown parade, beginning at Ida Lee Park and traveling down King Street through the historic district to Catoctin Circle. The event continues with a "Celebration in the Park" at Ida Lee with food vendors and live music. The grand finale will be a wonderful fireworks display over the park.

Ol' Time 4th of July Celebration [More Info]

Celebrate an old fashioned 4th of July set in the park's historic area. Activities include pony and wagon rides, a pie eating contest, crafts, an amazing reptile show, and nature exhibits. Tour the historic Lanesville Ordinary and see displays at the Loudoun Heritage Farm Museum. Enjoy live music and food vendors.

Join the Town of Herndon for a great family-fun event featuring a community-wide kick-ball game, small rides, bounce houses, arts & crafts activities, bingo and more. There are some fees for the rides.
Headline entertainment will perform at 7:30 pm.
Festive food, ranging from Hot Dogs and Hamburgers to Funnel Cakes and Cotton Candy will be on sale! Our fabulous fireworks show is choreographed to music and starts at 9:30 PM.

Pride of Purcellville's 4th of July Parade [More Info]

This town celebration promises to be a fun-filled family event. There will be children's rides, entertainment, food, craft vendors, and of course, a parade! The Fireman's Parade will start at noon, proceeding from Emerick Elementary to Loudoun Valley High School.
